Terms of Service – Adrián Orozco Blair

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“Client” or “you”) and Adrián Orozco Blair (“Provider,” “I,” or “me”). By registering for or purchasing any session, course, training, class, digital file, or other offering (“Services”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature & Scope of Services

1.1 Psychotherapy (California only)

I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT #123457) in the State of California. Psychotherapeutic services are provided only to clients physically located in California at the time of service, consistent with California law.

1.2 Transformational Counseling & Spiritual Healing (Outside California)

For clients outside California—and in jurisdictions that do not recognize a California psychotherapy license—Services are offered solely as transformational counseling, coaching, or spiritual healing. These Services do not constitute licensed psychotherapy, medical care, or legal/financial advice.

1.3 Client Responsibility

You are responsible for knowing the regulations in your jurisdiction and for engaging these Services with full awareness of the distinctions above.

2. Booking, Payments & Refund Policy

• All purchases are final. No refunds, credits, or charge-backs are offered for any reason, including missed or canceled sessions or classes.
• Payment must be made in full (or, where offered, through an approved installment plan) via Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or other accepted method.
• Pricing and offerings may change at any time without notice. Existing, fully-paid bookings are honored.

3. Scheduling & Rescheduling

If you must reschedule a one-to-one appointment, email hello@adrianlove.com at least 72 hours in advance. One reschedule is permitted per booking; the next available slot may be several weeks out. Missed or late-canceled appointments are forfeited with full charge and without refund.

4. Informed Consent & Client Acknowledgments

• The Services are for personal growth and spiritual development; no specific outcome is guaranteed.
• The Services are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice. Consult the appropriate professional as needed.
• You are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being during and after sessions.
• Participation may evoke strong emotions; you agree to seek additional support if necessary.

5. Confidentiality & Records

Information shared in California psychotherapy sessions is protected by applicable confidentiality laws, with standard legal exceptions (imminent risk, abuse, court order, etc.). Transformational counseling/healing sessions do not carry the same legal privilege; however, I treat your information with the same care and will not disclose it except with your consent or as required by law.

6. Technology & Privacy

You consent to the use of third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom, YouTube, Kajabi) for delivery. While I take reasonable steps to protect your data, no platform is 100 % secure; you accept the inherent risks of online communication.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, meditations, videos, and written content remain my intellectual property. They are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, reproduce, or modify them without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, indemnify, and hold harmless Adrián Orozco Blair from all claims, damages, or losses arising out of your participation in or reliance upon the Services, whether direct or consequential, including emotional or psychological effects.

9. Changes to Terms

I may update these Terms at any time. Revised Terms become effective upon posting to this page; continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California.
