Welcome to Adrián Love. These Terms of Service govern your use of our services. By using our website and booking our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of Services

The services provided by Adrián Orozco Blair include individual and group sessions focused on personal growth, trauma healing, spiritual development, and overall well-being. These services are designed to support transformation but are not a substitute for psychotherapy or medical treatment unless otherwise specified.

2. Licensing and Scope of Services

Adrián Orozco Blair is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) in California. The availability and nature of services provided are as follows:

• Within California: Full psychotherapy services are available for clients residing in California.
• Outside California: In locations where California-licensed therapists are recognized, therapy services may be provided. Where such recognition does not apply, services are offered solely as spiritual healing and transformational counseling.
• International Services: Some countries and regions, such as Mexico, the United Kingdom, and Kuwait, do not regulate the title of “psychotherapist” or do not require licensing for certain types of counseling or healing work. In such cases, services are provided as healing and transformational counseling rather than licensed psychotherapy.
• Client Responsibility: Clients outside of California are responsible for understanding the laws governing mental health services in their jurisdiction and agree to engage in these services with full awareness of the distinctions between psychotherapy and spiritual healing.

3. Client Acknowledgment for Non-Therapy Services

By engaging in services outside of California, clients acknowledge and accept that:

• The services provided do not constitute licensed psychotherapy unless specifically permitted by the client’s jurisdiction.
• Transformational counseling and healing sessions may differ from the legal protections and regulatory framework of licensed therapy.
• Clients assume full responsibility for their well-being and understand that these services are intended for personal growth and spiritual development.

4. No Guarantee of Results

While we are committed to providing high-quality services, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Each individual’s experience will be unique based on their circumstances and level of engagement.

5. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during sessions will be kept confidential, except as required by law. Please note that transformational counseling and healing services are not subject to the same legal confidentiality requirements as licensed psychotherapy.

6. Liability Disclaimer

By using our services, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Adrián Orozco Blair from any claims or liabilities related to your use of these services, including but not limited to physical, emotional, or psychological effects.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately.
