Last updated February 18, 2026These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("Participant") and Adrian Orozco Blair (professionally known as Adrián Orozco Blair) ("I," "me," or "Provider"). By purchasing, registering for, or participating in any of my offerings (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Services are offered as spiritual education, group facilitation, and personal growth support. They include but are not limited to:
Not Psychotherapy: Even though I hold professional licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in California, these offerings are not psychotherapy and do not create a therapist-client relationship. I am offering these services as a spiritual teacher, group facilitator, and healer—not as a licensed clinician.
Not Medical Care: These services are not a substitute for medical treatment, psychiatric care, or crisis intervention. If you need such care, please seek it from a qualified medical or mental health professional.
The Attunement Circle offers both:
For recurring memberships, you will be billed automatically each month on the same date you initially enrolled. You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing hello@adrianlove.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the month.
All purchases are final, except as stated in "Cancellations by Provider" below. No refunds, credits, or exchanges are offered for any reason, including but not limited to:

Payment Disputes: If you initiate a payment dispute or chargeback through your bank or card provider, access to Services and materials may be paused while the dispute is pending.
Where sliding scale pricing is offered, you are trusted to choose the rate that reflects your true financial capacity. Scholarships or reduced-rate spots may occasionally be available—inquire directly at hello@adrianlove.com.
If you need to reschedule a one-on-one session, please email hello@adrianlove.com at least 48 hours in advance. I will make every effort to find an alternate time within the same week if my schedule permits. If we cannot find a same-week time, the session is forfeited and the payment is retained. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours notice are forfeited—full payment is retained and no refund or credit is provided.
Group sessions (including Attunement Circle) occur at scheduled times. If you cannot attend, recordings may occasionally be provided at my discretion, but this is not guaranteed. No refunds or credits are given for missed sessions regardless of whether a recording is available. For multi-day workshops or intensives, attendance at all sessions is strongly encouraged but not guaranteed to be possible due to personal circumstances—no partial refunds are available.
In the rare event that I must cancel a session, workshop, or circle, I will offer you the option to:
What is shared in group circles and workshops is held in confidence by all participants. You agree not to share others' personal stories, identities, or disclosures outside the container of the group. You may share your own experience and what you learned, but not others' stories.
Please note: While I will uphold confidentiality to the extent possible, group settings do not carry the same legal confidentiality protections as licensed psychotherapy. Other participants are expected to honor confidentiality, but I cannot guarantee their compliance.
Safety Exception: If I become aware of an imminent risk of harm to you or others, or concerns about abuse or neglect of a minor or vulnerable person, I may take appropriate action, which can include contacting emergency services or relevant authorities.
Some group circles and courses may be recorded to provide replays to registered participants and for internal teaching review. By participating, you consent to being recorded (audio and/or video).
Recordings are provided only to registered participants for private use and may not be shared, distributed, or posted publicly without written permission. I will not use participant audio, video, or images for public marketing without explicit written consent.
If you do not wish to be recorded, please notify me in advance, and we will make accommodations where possible (such as disabling your video, changing your display name, or keeping you off mic during the recording).
All participants are expected to engage with respect, presence, and integrity. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or violations of community agreements may result in removal from the group without refund.
I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue Services to any participant if participation is disruptive, unsafe, violates these Terms, or is otherwise incompatible with the integrity of the container. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
By engaging in these services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Services may be delivered via third-party platforms including but not limited to Zoom (video conferencing), Stripe (payment processing), Substack (newsletters), and email. By participating, you consent to the use of these platforms and accept the inherent risks of online communication.
While I take reasonable steps to protect your privacy and data, no online platform is 100% secure. You participate at your own risk. Please review the privacy policies of any third-party platforms used. For details on how I handle your data, see my Privacy Policy.
Technical Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection, working device, and any necessary software to participate. Technical issues on your end do not entitle you to a refund.
All content provided through these services—including but not limited to course materials, meditations, videos, recordings, written teachings, graphics, and worksheets—remains my intellectual property and is protected by copyright law.
You are granted a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use this content for your own growth and learning. You may NOT:
Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may be subject to legal action.
These services are intended for adults (18 years or older). Minors may participate only with written consent from a parent or legal guardian and my written approval in advance.
I am not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions to Services due to events beyond my reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, illness, power or internet outages, platform failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
These services are available to participants worldwide. By enrolling from outside the United States, you confirm that:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, indemnify, and hold harmless Adrian Orozco Blair from any and all claims, damages, losses, or injuries (whether physical, emotional, psychological, financial, or otherwise) arising out of or related to your participation in these services.
This includes but is not limited to:
Maximum Liability: In any event, my total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before pursuing any formal dispute resolution, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes through direct communication.
Binding Arbitration: If we cannot resolve a dispute through direct communication, the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Klickitat County, Washington, or remotely at the arbitrator's discretion. Each party shall bear their own costs and fees unless the arbitrator awards costs to the prevailing party. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Neither party will file a lawsuit in court except as necessary to enforce an arbitration award.
I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued participation in services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. I encourage you to review this page periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Adrian Orozco Blair regarding your use of these services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
