“I took an online workshop and a 4-week group course on Learning Heart-Centered Self-Therapy from Adrián. Adrián did a beautiful job holding and guiding our group during the course. Each week included an explanation of self-therapy principles, which to me also felt very energetic. My mind learned something from Adrián's words, but I also felt like my body and system were able to receive the messages more directly and shift below the level of words too.

The course also included facilitated relational practice within the group, which I loved and found very helpful. Participating helped me notice that I am having a separate internal experience and feel more comfortable expressing my experience to other people as it is arising. It also helped me feel more curious about other people's experiences, as it became clear how different their experiences might be from mine in the same moment.
