Drama therapy uses movement, role-play and story to surface emotions safely and rehearse new ways of being – stretching the yes inside you so life feels freer.
Psychodrama lets one volunteer’s story be enacted with group participation, giving everyone insight, empathy and a wider sense of belonging.
Meeting your own resourcing roles (Compassion, Protector, Future Self) equips you with steadier nervous-system regulation, deeper relating and grounded presence.
Adrián Orozco Blair, MA, LMFT (CA), is a drama therapist, relational healer, and heart-centered facilitator who turns stories into living medicine. Grounded in drama-therapy and psychodrama training at CIIS, the Living Arts Counseling Center, and the Bay Area Moreno Institute, he blends somatic attunement, role-play, and spiritual deepening and integration practices so groups can surface emotion, rehearse new ways of being, and rest in love’s wider field. Years of Hridaya and Vipassana meditation, Thomas Hübl’s relational-attunement work, and Playback Theater—a ritual of community empathy through improvisation—shape an evening of playful depth, nervous-system repair, and collective blossoming.
